Questions
What is a generation unit?
Generation units are used when AI creates new course pages: 1 unit = 1 page kept as is, 3 units = 1 AI-enhanced page. Quizzes made during generation are included. On the Free plan, creating your 3 courses is included.
What are AI edit credits?
Credits are used for AI actions after a course exists — rewrite or simplify a page, regenerate a page or quiz questions, or create an AI cover picture (1 credit each). Only course creators use them. Learners never use credits.
Can I download a course and also publish it on the portal?
Yes, on every paid plan. You choose per course: download it as SCORM for your own LMS, publish it on your CourseGeni portal, or both.
What happens when I run out of credits or units?
AI actions pause until you top up or upgrade; manual editing keeps working. Learners are never affected.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, anytime from this page. Prorated credit for the unused part of your current plan is coming soon — until then, write to us and we'll adjust it for you.
What is the refund policy?
Plans: full refund within 7 days, only if no course has been generated or exported. Top-ups: refundable within 7 days only if unused. Write to support@takxila.in.
